Concept and setup of organic social media / Instagram account of a SAAS accounting solution, including content creation. To achieve reach and awareness, the software should be marketed as a lifestyle brand. The target group was entrepreneurs, freelancers and medium-sized businesses, i.e. groups that could have become potential customers via a suitable customer journey. The starting point for this was the content of the company's own online magazine. Another goal was to increase the number of post interactions and followers.
